Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,914 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP56, DDX54, and FAM155A. Each is linked with TENT5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT5A versus NOP56 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
