TENT5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with TENT5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by TENT5A-low versus TENT5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
