Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TENT2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TENT2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TENT2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TENT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where TENT2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
