Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,394 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRA2, PCF11, and NEMF. Each is linked with TENT2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT2-to-partner and partner-to-TENT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT2 versus ANKRA2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
