TENT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,996 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA1, CERT1, and SCAMP1. Each is linked with TENT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT2-to-partner and partner-to-TENT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT2 versus RASA1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
