Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,849 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX14, ATRAID, and SNORA41B. Each is linked with TENT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT2-to-partner and partner-to-TENT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT2 versus TEX14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
