TENT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TENT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT2-to-partner and partner-to-TENT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by TENT2-low versus TENT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
