Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,277 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Target-directed miRNA degradation, Protein localization to vacuole, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with TENT2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT2-to-partner and partner-to-TENT2 results are reported.
