TENT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52W1, TRIM51, and ZNF479. Each is linked with TENT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT2-to-partner and partner-to-TENT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52W1 grouped by TENT2-low versus TENT2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
