TENM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,767 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, SORBS3, and TNS2. Each is linked with TENM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM1-to-partner and partner-to-TENM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENM1 versus FERMT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
