Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,470 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX13, METTL27, and MYO5A. Each is linked with TENM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM1-to-partner and partner-to-TENM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENM1 versus SOX13 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
