TENM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Caveolin-1, and ASNS. Each is linked with TENM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM1-to-partner and partner-to-TENM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TENM1-low versus TENM1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
