TENM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,828 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf178, GAGE12J, and CEACAM20. Each is linked with TENM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM1-to-partner and partner-to-TENM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf178 grouped by TENM1-low versus TENM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
