The most reproducible TEN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late endosome to lysosome transport, Vacuole organization, and Peroxisome fission. Each is linked with TEN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEN1-to-partner and partner-to-TEN1 results are reported.
