TEKT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMG20B, FBXL15, and RNU6-598P. Each is linked with TEKT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT5-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMG20B grouped by TEKT5-low versus TEKT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
