TEKT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEKT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, NTSR2, and REG1B. Each is linked with TEKT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT5-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by TEKT5-low versus TEKT5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
