TEKT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with TEKT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT4-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by TEKT4-low versus TEKT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
