TEKT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEKT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM2, C1QA, and OR2A14. Each is linked with TEKT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT4-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM2 grouped by TEKT4-low versus TEKT4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
