Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEKT3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TEKT3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TEKT3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEKT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TEKT3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
