TEKT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,375 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, LZTFL1, and TRAF3IP1. Each is linked with TEKT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT2-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEKT2 versus IFT122 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
