TEKT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,524 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNGA4, TTC29, and TCTE1. Each is linked with TEKT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT2-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEKT2 versus CNGA4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
