TEKT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-993P, GCSHP2, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with TEKT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT2-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-993P grouped by TEKT2-low versus TEKT2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
