Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPS, RPGR_S961, and IFT122. Each is linked with TEKT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT1-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEKT1 versus CAPS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
