The most reproducible TEKT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein import into nucleus, Negative regulation of interleukin-1 beta production, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with TEKT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT1-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT1 results are reported.
