TEKT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEKT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RESP18, TAS2R7, and MC3R. Each is linked with TEKT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT1-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RESP18 grouped by TEKT1-low versus TEKT1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
