Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEFM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,835 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEFM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFB1M, TIMM44, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with TEFM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEFM-to-partner and partner-to-TEFM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEFM versus TFB1M in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
