TEFM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEFM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,036 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP410, RNA5SP413, and RNA5SP417. Each is linked with TEFM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEFM-to-partner and partner-to-TEFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP410 grouped by TEFM-low versus TEFM-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
