Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEDDM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TEDDM1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TEDDM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEDDM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TEDDM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
