TEDDM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEDDM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,275 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEDDM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHC3, RPRD2, and NUCKS1_S19. Each is linked with TEDDM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEDDM1-to-partner and partner-to-TEDDM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEDDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEDDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
