TEDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, PRIM2, and RFC2. Each is linked with TEDC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEDC2 versus POLD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
