TEDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, SUPV3L1, and RBBP4. Each is linked with TEDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by TEDC2-low versus TEDC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
