Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, TAS2R8, and OR2T35. Each is linked with TEDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEDC1-to-partner and partner-to-TEDC1 results are reported.
