Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TECTB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TECTB data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TECTB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TECTB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LUAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where TECTB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
