TECTA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,083 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECTA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, AGO1, and ERO1A. Each is linked with TECTA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECTA-to-partner and partner-to-TECTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TECTA versus PALM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
