TECTA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECTA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ3, SUPV3L1, and MPV17L. Each is linked with TECTA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECTA-to-partner and partner-to-TECTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 grouped by TECTA-low versus TECTA-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
