Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECTA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, 4E-BP1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with TECTA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECTA-to-partner and partner-to-TECTA results are reported.
