Across TCGA cell cohorts, TECTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,428 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TECTA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with TECTA in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECTA-to-partner and partner-to-TECTA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by TECTA-low versus TECTA-high in KIDNEY.
