Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,122 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and 7-methylguanosine RNA capping. Each is linked with TECRP1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECRP1-to-partner and partner-to-TECRP1 results are reported.
