TECRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TECRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L7, PRORY, and MSGN1. Each is linked with TECRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECRL-to-partner and partner-to-TECRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
