TECPR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL6IP1, ARMC10, and NDC80. Each is linked with TECPR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECPR2-to-partner and partner-to-TECPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
