Across TCGA cell cohorts, TECPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,412 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECPR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with TECPR1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECPR1-to-partner and partner-to-TECPR1 results are reported.
