TECPR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TECPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,751 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24D, LACTB2, and COPB2. Each is linked with TECPR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECPR1-to-partner and partner-to-TECPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
