TECPR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TECPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 548 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R8, PRPSAP2, and SCD5. Each is linked with TECPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECPR1-to-partner and partner-to-TECPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
