TEAD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,188 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR75, NOP2, and NOL11. Each is linked with TEAD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD4-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
