Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEAD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,241 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic spindle elongation, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with TEAD4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD4-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD4 results are reported.
