TEAD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,792 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, RAB23, and CD276. Each is linked with TEAD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD3-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEAD3 versus PTK7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
