TEAD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, RNU6-796P, and LINC01784. Each is linked with TEAD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD3-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by TEAD3-low versus TEAD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
