TEAD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with TEAD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD3-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TEAD3-low versus TEAD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
