TEAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,324 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, P3H3, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with TEAD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD2-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEAD2 versus PTK7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
