Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,974 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, LSP1P3, and FAM230D. Each is linked with TEAD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD2-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by TEAD2-low versus TEAD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
